This flavour was created together with YAYA Kombucha to celebrate the release of his latest EP Suburb Superhero: The Villain Within.
This drink is inspired by my favourite fruits and love of extra tangy kombucha.
The combination of these fruits reminded the brewer at YAYA Kombucha of a New England IPA (NEIPA). A beer known for its hazy look and tropical fruit aromas. So they used this as their reference.
I was actively involved in the flavor development and tasted several versions until it was perfect.
Expect a juicy and hoppy drink that has a tart kick to it, just how I like it.
